Luke's First Tball Season

Luke just finished his first ever tball season.  It was the craziest season ever, with nearly every game rained out in the beginnning.  That resulted in them cramming all the games in at once, which resulted in double headers, and games played 4 nights in a row.  Luke had no idea how to play tball when he started and even walked into his first practice saying, "Hey Coach, what are those white things?".  He was talking about the bases...haha!  He came so far in just one season and was getting great hits off the tee and from the coaches pitching almost every time.  We are so proud of how hard he worked and how he improved so much.

Here he is after we purchased all his gear.  To say he was excited, would be an understatement.  He thought he was one cool dude.

His first practice.

So happy to get his jersey.

These first few pictures were taken at his very first game.

The sisters had fun at the games too.  They were always being crazy, digging in the dirt, and getting into trouble.=)

These pictures are from his last game a couple of nights ago.

Savannah loved getting in on the team huddles.

Coach Robert and Luke.

We had melt downs almost every game when Audrey couldn't get a team snack.  This time she actually was given the snack, but was upset she didn't get the gatorade.  We can never win!

Savannah enjoyed the team chat and her snack.

It is such a blessing to live so close to all our family.  Luke had a full cheering section at every game.

Tried to get this picture of Savannah with the sky in the background.  Blew the sky out, but thought it was a neat picture anyways.

The sky was absolutely gorgeous at his last game.  Thank you God for sights like these, and for this sweet boy we get to call our own.

Audrey's First Recital

Saturday was a big day for our family.  It was Audrey's first dance recital.  I have such wonderful memories of being in dance, going to the recital, having my mom get me all dressed and ready.  I was so excited to experience this with my little girl.  It was such a special and fun day, and Audrey just loved all the attention.

Here is our tiny ballerina, sprinting down the hall because she is so excited to get started.

A couple of pictures from the rehersal.  I didn't take any pictures during the actual show.  I am trying to live in the moment and enjoy things more, rather than feeling like I need to take pictures every second.  Our girl did so good, and I had tears in my eyes seeing her on that huge stage.  She is in the back row on the end.

Back in the dressing room prior to the big show.

With her good friend, "the other Audrey."  Never knew any Audrey's before mine, but let me tell you, there are tons of them now...sigh.  These two Audrey's love each other.

Precious little ballerina.

Waiting their turn.

Audrey had so many family members come and watch her.  This is one blessed girl!  (not pictured are Uncle Rett and Aunt Ashley, they had to leave before pictures were taken)

Daddy's girl.

We couldn't be prouder to be this sweet little thing's parents.  Thank you God for our Audrey Girl.

TK Graduation

Luke had his TK graduation yesterday, and it was so cute.  Luke has now graduated from preschool 2 times, haha!  Once after pre-K and now after TK (transitional kindergarten).  This year the graduation was very small with just his class and then we had a yummy lunch.  Here is our sweet boy.

He was chosen to lead The Lord's Prayer, and took his job very seriously!

These were some cool kids.  Luke actually forgot to take his sunglasses off when he was suppose to, and wore them for the song after this one.  He was the only one in shades, and it was too funny!

Getting his diploma.  We absolutely LOVED his teachers.

Class of 2015.

So proud of him!

Luke is blessed living so close to both sets of grandparents.

We will miss these two next year, but hopefully they will still be around in 2 years when Audrey will be in TK.

Goofing off with his buds.

Pictures they had at the lunch.  My how he has changed!  What a blessing this boy is to us!
