Christmas morning this year was so much fun. Luke is just at the age where he gets so excited about everything and it was so fun to see Christmas through his eyes. Audrey also was wide eyed through the entire holiday season. These two precious babies are such a blessing. We spent Christmas morning at our house. I was up all night long thinking that Luke would come downstairs all by himself and I would miss it. Well, he actually ended up sleeping in, go figure! Once he was up we raced downstairs to see what Santa had brought.

A bike! Luke was so excited that he got the green bike he had wanted. |
Audrey didn't know what to think! |
Luke also received a grill, and has been busy cooking us meals since. |
Audrey was more interested in her milk than presents. :) |
Luke was looking at the cookies Santa had eaten, and was showing us a carrot that Rudolph had taken a bite out of. |
He was soooooo excited about these $1 Cars socks. |

Yes, I am in a footie PJs. Luke has been asking why mommy doesn't have any footie PJs, so I was gifted them for my birthday. They are actually quite comfy, and Luke thinks they are the coolest thing ever! |
After presents, we wanted to celebrate the real reason for the season, Jesus. We are carried on a tradition from my mom, gingerbread on Christmas morning. We sang Happy Birthday to Jesus as a family, and celebrated the birth of our Saviour.
Next up...Christmas at Tula and Pop's.
What a great morning! That picture of you and your babies wearing footie pjs is awesome :) I think you should get Brian a pair for next year!!!
