Super Party Time!

We celebrated Luke's 4th birthday last Saturday with a Superhero party!  This was the first year to do a party that included friends, and Luke was very excited.  Here is the cool invite that my brother Grant designed and created.  I love them!

We had the party at the Little Gym, and since one of Luke's new obsessions is superheroes, the theme was obvious.  He was so excited to get this party started!

The cake and cupcakes.  I continued the tradition of making them myself, and had so much fun doing it!  Thanks again, to the talented Uncle Grant for the cake topper graphics!

The beginning of the party was spent having free play time, and the kids went wild!

Then there was an organized play part, and the kids really got into it!  We were super happy with everything, and recommend Little Gym to anyone.

The two besties, Ben and Audrey, were focusing really hard. :)

Superheroes unite!

The two besties, not doing such a good job at focusing during this part. :)

Parachute time!

The birthday boy got to be the center of attention in the middle of the parachute.  He didn't mind one bit that his little cousin wanted to tag along!

Air Track Time!  (Or as Luke liked to call it Air Mattress Time!)

Audrey wasn't really into the Air Track.  It was a little crowded for her. :)

After all that playing, it was time for a cake break!

Luke was very serious during the singing of "Happy Birthday".

During the song he decided he needed to count his candles to make sure there were exactly 4!

Audrey loved her some cake!

After cake, the kids got to have about 15 more minutes of free time in the gym.  We busted out the party favors early, so everyone could use their super powers.  It was too cute!

Our first big party was a success, and it was so fun to see all of the smiles on my children and their sweet friend's faces.  You can't tell from the pictures, but we also had a ton of family come to celebrate Luke as well.  Both sets of grandparents, Uncle Will, Aunt Ali, Cousin Rebecca, Uncle Rett, Aunt Ashley, and Uncle Jeff all made it, as well as Memaw, Great Uncle Todd, Auntie E, Riley and Alexis.  Luke was super loved on this day!  Happy Birthday, to our Super Luke!
