Fall Fun

We sure have been enjoying October.  Two weekends ago we headed out to the lake.  There was a lot of nature walks.

Canoeing.

Fishing.  Luke caught the biggest catfish we have gotten out here on his tiny pole.  4 pounds!

He enjoyed frying is catch up, and thought it was quite tasty.

Rebecca enjoyed a few games of Peek-A-Boo.

Savannah was very into wearing these goggles.

The big kids painted pumpkins.

Ben and Ali did some pumpkin carving. Impressive!

We did our pumpkin carving at home.  Not quite as skilled as Ali.

Nonnie had the kids over for a Halloween dinner, and made witch's fingers, mummies, spider dip, and much more.

Audrey was a posing machine in her "Audrey Pepper" costume.

The kids had a great time at their Fall Festivals.

They loved the costume parade.

While the big kids were dressing up, Savannah wanted in on the action as well.

For the first time ever, we went down to Scare on the Square on Halloween.  The kids got to go trick or treating in our historic town square, and it was so fun to see 100s of costumes.  We met up with our good friends, Isabelle and Connor, and had a blast.

Savannah pretty much stayed like this the whole time snacking away.

After Scare on the Square, we headed home to go trick or treating in our neighborhood.  We had a wonderful Halloween!
